ThynkWyse Technologies Limited Hosting Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of hosting services provided by ThynkWyse Technologies Limited ("ThynkWyse"). By purchasing and using ThynkWyse hosting services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Hosting Services ThynkWyse provides hosting services for websites through its platform. These services include server space, bandwidth, and technical support necessary to host your website.

2. Non-Refundable All hosting fees paid to ThynkWyse are non-refundable. Once payment is made for hosting services, it is considered final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to terminate the service before the end of the billing cycle.

3. Payment Payment for hosting services is due in advance of the service period. ThynkWyse may suspend or terminate hosting services if payment is not received within the specified time frame.

4. Use of Resources You agree not to misuse or overuse the resources provided with your hosting plan. This includes but is not limited to excessive bandwidth consumption, storage usage, or CPU utilization. ThynkWyse reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting services if your usage adversely impacts the performance of the server or other users' websites.

5. Content You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your website. ThynkWyse does not monitor or control the content of your website. However, we reserve the right to remove or suspend any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or harmful.

6. Backups While ThynkWyse may perform regular backups of hosting accounts, it is your responsibility to maintain current backups of your website. ThynkWyse shall not be liable for any data loss or corruption.

7. Security You are responsible for maintaining the security of your website, including but not limited to keeping software and scripts updated, using strong passwords, and implementing security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

8. Termination ThynkWyse reserves the right to suspend or terminate hosting services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or failure to pay fees.

9. Modification of Terms ThynkWyse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the hosting services after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
